Understanding the demands
At red, we understand that retail demands can change fast.
Retail is fast-paced, customer-driven, and constantly evolving. Seasonal peaks, staff shortages, and shifting demand make having the right people in place essential to keeping operations smooth and customers satisfied.
At red recruitment, we provide flexible, dependable staffing solutions tailored to the needs of retail businesses — from in-store teams and contact centre staff to leadership and support roles. Whatever the challenge, we deliver the people you need, when you need them, to keep your business moving forward.

Temporary workforce management
red’s Temporary Workforce Management team are responsible for ensuring that every temporary worker has gone through the full red process. For every campaign, we creates a bespoke journey for the clients and the candidates, which will be agreed by the client first. They will also ensure that all temporary workers are fully compliant before they begin their assignment, having attended red’s temporary induction and having completed all of your required onboarding documents. red can also complete DBS checks for every worker (there is an additional fee for this service) as part of our compliance process. Throughout the worker’s assignment, red’s Temporary Workforce Management team will complete 1:1’s with the workers. These calls will be completed both virtually and online and will take place regularly, as agreed by both parties.
Consultancy & training
red’s senior leadership team completes a number of consultancy and training sessions for contact centres. red has many training sessions that can be taught as micro and full sessions and are all run on-site. Some of these sessions are Money Matters, Unlocking Resilience, and Generational Leadership Training for Contact Centre Leaders. No two consultancy pieces are the same as red creates bespoke consultancy depending on the needs of the business, which is collated from a number of fact-finding sessions held by the Directorship team. Depending on the requirements of the client, red is happy to work on-site and spends many days working in the contact centre to ensure the final piece is accurate.

Security of permanent positions
If you’re seeking peace of mind, stability, and a steady income, a permanent position is worth considering. Permanent roles, whether full-time or part-time, often offer additional benefits and the security of protection under employment law.
Flexibility of temporary positions
A temporary role can be a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility or looking to explore a new industry. Many large companies regularly hire temporary workers to manage seasonal demand, holiday coverage, or to fill in for full-time employees on leave.

Culture+
CulturePlus is about creating lasting value. By aligning the right people with the right organisational culture, we help you build teams that are not only effective but also dynamic, innovative, and future-ready.
